To do this you need to be conditioning your body to be able to handle the challenges of being a wicket-keeper.
This program has been designed specifically for wicket-keepers who have previous experience in Strength & Conditioning training. All the exercises are specific to wicket-keeping and as you get fitter, stronger & more powerful, your chances of taking those spectacular catches increase, while also minimising the chance of getting injured.

This 4-week program is a progression from the foundational program (that focuses on body weight exercises) to a more advanced program that incorporates weights. A gym is required as many of the exercises require weights.
