This program has been designed specifically for fast- bowlers who have limited or no experience in Strength & Conditioning training. All the exercises are specific to fast bowlers and as you get fitter, stronger & more powerful, your chances of bowling faster increase, while also minimising the chance of getting injured.

This 4-week program focuses on building a strong foundation for fast-bowlers. A gym isn't required as all exercises use your body weight instead of machines and there is minimal equipment needed.
Tom Scollay (Middlesex CCC) & Simon Keen (Sydney Thunder, Sydney Sixers, Canterbury & NSW) are former professional cricketers who currently play First Grade in Perth & Sydney respectively. Both are Cricket Australia Level 2 coaches and are currently mentoring a number of players of all ages and skill levels from around the world. Tom is a top-order batsman and captains his First Grade side while Simon is an opening batsman & medium pace bowler and former captain of the Australian Under 19s. Simon is also a qualified personal trainer who has over 10 years experience in Elite cricket specific strength & conditioning.
