Imagine walking out to bat or coming on to bowl and feeling calm, focused and confident... Although you might still get nervous, you'll know what you need to do to channel those nerves into positive energy so that you can feel good and think clearly and therefore make good decisions and perform at your best. After all, it's usually our decision making, not our skills that are what causes the mistakes.
It's time to stop letting the discomfort of fear cripple your performance. While fear is a natural human emotion, wouldn't it be nice to understand it and be able to use it to your advantage rather than getting the tense, sick feeling in your stomach before you play?
By now you should realise how important your thoughts and emotions are for your performance. Often, although you train hard and have the physical skills to succeed it's your mindset and emotions that hold you back! Until now...
No doubt you've trained body a lot but haven't got the results you're so desperately wanting. So it's time to take a different route and start training your mind. Understanding yourself (your thoughts, emotions & body) and your game is the difference between where you are now and what you want to achieve!
Peak Performance is a 12-week online program that focuses on creating a successful mindset by improving your mental skills and emotional intelligence to be used on the cricket field and in every day life.
Peak Performance isn't like traditional coaching programs. It's for serious cricketers who want to improve and become the best they can be - no matter what level you're at (this isn't for you if you aren't serious about becoming the best you can be!).

Here's what other cricketers are saying...
"The Peak Performance Program has helped me appreciate and understand the significance of the mental side of the game and has enabled me to use those skills successfully in a match situation."
Ryan Hackney (18) - Australian Under 19 batsman
"I'm now able to walk out to bat with a clear mind every innings. I'm so focused and know where I want to be and exactly how I'm going to get there thanks to what I've learned in the Peak Performance program. Learning to set clear goals and do affirmations on a daily basis has given me a clear vision of what I want to achieve and the belief that I can do it."
Jonno (26) - WACA 1st grade opening batsman Read about Jonno's success
"The Peak Performance program has had an incredible impact not only on just cricket but my life in general. I was a player who strived for perfection & I would put down poor performances to technical issues and make myself hit more balls and train harder and harder. I had a poor mindset which was negative and derogatory to my own game. And not once did I think to try to work on my mindset.
However, since starting PPP I've taken up meditating, listening to affirmations, utilising positive self talk, having a positive attitude and having a belief in myself. In such a short time since starting the program I already feel different. I have a different approach and outlook on life and cricket. Everything feels more positive.
I'm yet to be back hitting cricket balls but look forward to the season which awaits to implement some of the techniques I've learned. I truly believe it will be a turning point in my cricket."
Jack (23) - Brisbane 1st/ 2nd grade all-rounder
"The Peak Performance program helped me immensely. Having guys like Tom and Simon to talk to about my game and ways to fix any issues I'm having gave me the confidence to go out and succeed. The program helped me believe in myself and learn to get into a positive frame of mind where I backed myself no matter what the situation or state of the game."
Ryan (16) - Sydney 2nd grade all-rounder
