This program is helps you learn to improve your concentration, attention and focus in life and on the cricket field. It incorporates skills and techniques such as meditation and mindfulness and discusses how they can help you become your best on and off the cricket field.
Tom Scollay (Middlesex CCC) & Simon Keen (Sydney Thunder, Sydney Sixers, Canterbury & NSW) are former professional cricketers who currently play First Grade in Perth & Sydney respectively. Both are Cricket Australia Level 2 coaches and are currently mentoring a number of players of all ages and skill levels from around the world. Tom is a top-order batsman and captains his First Grade side while Simon is an opening batsman & medium pace bowler and former captain of the Australian Under 19s. Simon is also a qualified personal trainer who has over 10 years experience in Elite cricket specific strength & conditioning.
